Ronald Janzee is the founder of Advituro BV. He started the company in 2015 as an expertise center for vibrations measurements and analysis, specialized in shaft lines with sleeve bearings for the power industry.
After more than 25 years working in power plants on rotating equipment issues, Mr. Janzee decided to share his knowledge to other power plant owners. In 25 years Mr. Janzee has seen almost all failure mechanisms on gas turbines, steam turbines and generators. Also he has got a lot of experience in the processes of a power plant.
This knowledge and being ISO18436-2 Category 4 certified is a big advantage for the customers of Advituro.
His expertise also includes balancing of turbine and generator rotors. This can be done on-site, off-site or in a high speed or low speed balancing pit. The result will always be a perfect balanced rotor and give the owner better efficiency of the unit.

Rik has got over 10 years of experience in the field of vibration monitoring of Turbo Machinery. He is specialized in remote monitoring of big shaft lines, low and high speed balancing of steam turbine, gas turbine and generator rotors at balancing pit and on-site. Troubleshooting is also his speciality.
He developed his knowledge about vibration monitoring by following a variety of courses and working in the field. A view of the courses Rik followed are listed below.
After his Bachelor degree Mechanical Engineering in 2001 he started working at Vitens drinkwater company. In 2008 he started at Electrabel, now a days Engie Generation, as Expert Vibrations. In 2017 he started at Advituro b.v. as Senior Expert Vibrations.
